Schedule

A permanent pattern per driver, a week generated from it, Amazon’s route demand beside every day. Publish once and every phone has it. A day you set by hand is checked against the driver’s rolling hours before it saves — and a day that would break a limit does not save.

Ready to schedule. New hires with no shifts yet, the days they said they can work, added in one tap.
Day changes. An extra day, a dropped day or a swap — even on weeks nobody has built yet.
Extra shifts & days off. Offer VTO and VET to the drivers who qualify; they take it on their own phones.

02 · Before the vans roll

The right driver in the right van, with the times already on their phone.

So every van leaves with the right driver

Dispatch

The board is built from the roster and Amazon’s demand in one press: vans by their seats, waves and staging, packages and stops as the day runs, a rescue recorded in the row it came from. Shift times reach every phone the evening before; routes and vans that morning.

Returns. Every package coming back, its contact deadline and whether the driver answered — then Amazon’s verdict the next morning, with Overturn it where Amazon was wrong.
From the driver’s row. Send the incident form, note what is missing from the uniform, add a driver, cover a route.
Gate codes and shift cards. The day’s codes for the desk; one picture per shift to copy into the chat.
Checked as it saves. A shift change is checked against the driver’s rolling seven days before anything saves.

Fleet

Vans in walking order by vendor and spot. Service intervals you set, grounding, damage with photos and costs, tickets and repair shops, rentals expiring, Amazon’s list beside yours, and every van’s QR code — on screen, or printed as a dash card.

Seats. Each driver’s van and the ones behind it; the board places the rest, and says so.
Fed by Amazon. Category, supplier and rental dates from Amazon’s fleet feed — never over a person’s pick.
Electric aware. An electric van skips oil, DEF and filters; a blank fuel type says Not set, never petrol.
Tickets and damage. A driver’s check-in can raise a ticket; damage carries its photos, costs and the drug test.

Home — the whiteboard

Today and tomorrow, the fleet, compliance, the scorecard, rescues and returns: a card each, with the one number that matters and a door to the screen behind it. Above them, Needs a hand — anything waiting on a person, worst first.

On the road. Last one back from Amazon’s own projections, who is still out and who is past their shift — and at 9 pm the desk is asked who’s tracking them.
Needs a hand. A driver 11 hours on the road, a van grounded, a contact deadline about to pass — red first.
One station or both. One switch shows one station, or every station at once.
Setting up. A new company’s Home carries its setup card: thirteen gates that pass only when the data says so.

Chat

The day’s channel for the drivers on the board, desks for the office, a thread per rescue, a broadcast per station, and All Ops for every office login. Read receipts, photos, video and documents — and pins for what matters.

Recent or By type. The newest conversation first, or every desk and group in its place.
The desk answers as one. A reply from any hand reads as answered for everyone on that desk.
Kept four years. Words and files; five years at most, and shorter if you choose.

OTR training. First days and retraining, the trainer’s notes and the trainee’s rating.

Amazon’s hours rules, read before the payroll rather than after it: who is over, near or clear this week, the days still ahead read from the schedule. Then breaks against the payroll punches, timecards against the Flex sign-out, safety notes, onboarding, exits, documents, and injuries with the OSHA log.

Compliance. Over, near or clear — with the hours of headroom each driver has left.
Breaks. Three clocks for one meal: the app, the payroll, and the van’s own stops.
Timecards. A payroll clock-out long after the Flex sign-out goes back to the driver to fix.
Injuries. Amazon’s incidents and your own in one queue; the OSHA 300A and the electronic filing.

Amazon’s limits — 12 hours in a day, 60 in any rolling seven, 10 hours’ rest between shifts, 6 days in a row — are checked while you plan the week, rung while the day runs, and settled before payroll. Here is one driver’s week of it.

The sheet says which rule, in a sentence.

Saturday would be Arlo’s 7th day in a row. The limit is 6.
Allowed, but worth knowing. From 50 hours, or a fifth or sixth day in a row.

3 people are at or past a compliance limit this week. Publishing does not clear that — open their row to see which rule.

The same check runs on the board — a shift change, a driver added to the day or to cover — before anything saves. A sixth day in a row is allowed and flagged; a seventh is refused.

Rankings. Amazon’s score sets the band; inside it, the week’s work in packages, less what your policy takes off for returns, write-ups and the rescues a driver caused.
Focus cards. Each driver’s lowest metric this week as one thing to work on, with a guide behind it.
Giveaways. Offer the top of the ladder a reward; they pick it on their phone, you mark a batch ordered and handed over.

Hours by team. DA, rescuer, training and ops-team hours, each day counted at the station it was worked.
Amazon owes. Routes, first days and retraining, recycled and early returns, priced from Amazon’s schedule — against what Amazon paid.
The daily reconcile. A day that differs needs the comment that goes in the dispute; the dispute lines copy in one press.
