Finance
Two questions every week: what did the hours cost, and did Amazon pay for every route you ran? Finance answers the first, Routes Run the second — and the rules behind both are yours, on one Settings page.
Hours, paid against clocked
Finance › Hours
Where the week’s hours went, split four ways — DA, Rescuers, Training and Ops team — then a row per person: their shifts, Guaranteed, Clocked, the gap, and how they were paid — bonus, topped up, short or extra. How this is worked out says it in words, and Export is the sheet your payroll reads.
- Clocked
- Real punches, from Amazon’s compliance feed — not your payroll app’s, and never an estimate.
- Guaranteed
- What a day worked is worth under your rules on Settings › Bonus & hours.
- Delivered, no punch yet
- A day Amazon shows delivered with no punch is held — out of the guarantee, the bonus and the shortfall — until the punch lands.
- Both stations
- Every day is counted at the station it was worked, and a person’s pay is judged on the whole week.
Finance is the Owner’s at first. An owner shares it on Ops team › Roles — Read Only opens it, and Hours also needs Read Only on HR & Compliance and Performance.
What Amazon owes
Operations › Routes
Routes Run: each day’s routes by kind — standard, recycled, ERO, flex, a new driver’s first day (ORE), retraining (OTR), training — and the hours Amazon owes for them, priced by your rules. Work summary ↗ sets Amazon’s own Work Summary beside each block, underpaid or overpaid.
Open the day.
From noon the board asks — Routes Run · N days not reconciled — and Reconcile › opens it.

The rules behind the money
Settings › Bonus & hours
- The bonus
- On or off, and what a week must look like to qualify. Off until the Owner saves it.
- The hours guarantee
- From each shift’s paid hours or a set number a day; who is topped up to it; the band and the rate.
- How Routes Run prices a route
- Standard and nursery at the block Amazon offered; recycled, ERO, flex, a first day and its trainer, a first-day no-show and a late-cancelled route at the hours you set.
- Salaried office jobs
- On Ops team › Roles, How the … is paid: hourly, punching in and out, or a fixed salary whose hours come from the ops schedule.
