SMS Terms & Conditions
If you applied to drive for a delivery company that hires through OpsBrio and said yes to texts, these are the terms of those texts.

01The programme
OpsBrio LLC (“OpsBrio”) sends text messages about job applications on behalf of Amazon Delivery Service Partners — the delivery companies that hire through it. The messages are about your application only: interview times, appointment reminders, a link to a form to complete, and the steps before a start date. It is not a marketing programme and no advertising is sent by text.
The message names the company you applied to. It is that company’s hiring team writing to you, through OpsBrio, from a number OpsBrio holds for that company’s station.
02How you join
By ticking the consent box beside the mobile number you entered on a company’s application page, or by telling one of its recruiters yes in person or on the telephone, which they record against your application with the date and time. The box is never pre-ticked. Consent is never a condition of applying or of being hired, and OpsBrio will not send a text to anyone without a recorded consent.
03What you receive, and how often
Message frequency varies with where you are in the hiring process. Most applicants receive a small number of messages over a few weeks: a thank-you when the application lands, an invitation to interview, a reminder the day before, and the steps that follow an offer.
04Cost
Neither OpsBrio nor the company charges you for these messages, but message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.
05How to stop
Reply STOP to any message. STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END and QUIT do the same. The messages stop at once and you receive one confirmation that they have stopped. Stopping the texts does not withdraw or harm your application — the company will reach you another way. Reply START to begin receiving them again.
06Help
Reply HELP or INFO to any message, call (609) 676-4965, or write to privacy@opsbrio.com. For anything about the job itself, reply to the message and it reaches the company’s hiring team.
07Your number and your privacy
Your mobile number and your consent to be texted are not sold, and are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. They are used to send the messages described here and for nothing else. The only parties that see your number are the company you applied to, OpsBrio, and the carrier that delivers the message, which may not use it for anything of its own.
What else is collected when you apply, and how long it is kept, is in the privacy policy, section 2, and in the hiring privacy policy of the company you applied to, which is linked beside the consent box on its application page.
Give only a number that is yours. If you give up that number, please tell the company, so that nobody else is texted about your application.
08Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed, and neither OpsBrio nor the company relies on a text alone for anything that matters to your application.
