Get connected

Your portal is built before you see it: your stations, your address and your Owner login. Day one is the apps, Amazon’s data flowing in, and the page the world reads. Most of it is pressing, not typing — the first sync brings your drivers and vans in for you.

Have these ready

Legal name, EIN and business address: The phone carriers check all three before texts to applicants go live.
Your Amazon Logistics sign-in: On the office computer, in Chrome. It stays yours: OpsBrio never sees it.
Your office team: Names, emails, jobs and stations of the people who run the desk with you.
The schedule you run today: A spreadsheet or your old system’s export, if OpsBrio is to make your week.

Day one, in order

Open your invite and choose a password.
The invite email · your company’s address
The email says Accept the invite. On the next screen choose your password and press Set my password and continue. The link works once, for 24 hours; if it has gone stale nothing is broken — ask for another. Your company’s address is its code at opsbrio.com, yourcode.opsbrio.com, unless you brought a domain of your own.
Put the OpsBrio app on your phone.

Open it, type your company’s code, and check Is this you? before you open. Allow notifications when it asks: that is how the board reaches you.
Sign in to Amazon Logistics in Chrome.

On the computer that will run the sync, with your own Amazon sign-in, exactly as you always do. Sign in to your portal in the same Chrome, and leave both tabs open.
Add the extension to that Chrome.

From the Chrome Web Store, so updates arrive on their own. Pin it to the toolbar.
Connect it to your portal.

Type your portal’s address — your company’s code alone works too — and press Connect to the portal. Chrome asks once: choose Allow and open the popup again. It says Connected, with your name and your stations.
Run the first sync.

This one sync brings in every active driver and van exactly as Amazon has them, each driver at the station Amazon lists them under. Every sync after it does the same for whoever is new — a driver Amazon makes active, a van Amazon lists at one of your stations — and never adds anybody twice. It needs a login that can edit Dispatch or Performance — yours can.

A driver the sync could not place — Amazon names no station, or the name matches somebody you already have — waits there for your press. Vans arrive with their category and vendor read from Amazon’s fleet list.

Your address opens on your company’s page for anybody who is not signed in. Show our page is its own permission (the Owner’s at first, shared on Ops team › Roles); We’re hiring puts a door on it for each live apply page. Type your business address, the About paragraph and Why drive with us, then Save. The phone carriers read this page.

Hiring is on from day one; there is no switch. Type the job, the pay line and the days line; three screening questions come set, beside the page. Page is open — applications land on the board is already ticked, so press Make the page.
Register for texts, if you want them.
Hiring › Configuration › Register your company for texting
Your business exactly as the IRS has it, typed once, then Submit for registration. OpsBrio files your brand — usually minutes — then your campaign, then a number for each station, and texting turns on by itself. The card says where it stands.

What we do with you

Setting up is not a form you are left alone with. Your stations, your address and the first Owner login are made before you see the portal, your hiring email is already sending, and we file your texting and bring in your schedule when you send it. We stay on the line for the first board. If something here does not match what you are looking at, ask — it is more likely to be us than you.
